This  is a project that was born with the intention of exploring the botanical world that surrounds us, its megadiverse environments and the flavors that are cultivated in our lands. As an ultimate goal, it proposes the compilation of these discoveries in a guide sorted by environments. It will have an audiovisual broadcast and a guide to possible uses that will allow its culinary application. This study will be carried out through field exploration, bibliographic and cultural research.
