To revalue what's local and defend diversity against homogenization; we want to find, organize and enrich with reliable information the creation of projects and high-quality food products. To generate greater knowledge of interculturality, history and ancestral worldview related to food; reflecting on the health of human beings, the planet and their interconnection.
